We are having fun getting to know Tolik (16) and Oleg (15); they have been such a blessing to our family. We took them to the lake for 4 days and they loved fishing, swimming, tubing behind the boat, and playing outdoor games in the blazing hot sun.

We’re beginning to settle into a sorta routine with the boys, although we are definitely coming from different places with it! I’m surprised the boys are telling me “no” already - any ideas?

We are having a great time hosting Vova, Larysa, and Ganna (the guardian.) We have gone to a minor league baseball game,and yesterday we took them to Coldstone Creamery. They have had water fights with our two teenage boys (whom we adopted 4 years ago in the U.S.) All four children are having a wonderful time together.

Vova and Larysa are such a delight to have in our home. Because of the change in the Ukrainian laws, we are unable to adopt them, but we are praying that someone will meet them and want to adopt them. Our hope is in God.

Ganna is such a delightful young woman and we are privileged to host her along with the children.
